Campgrounds and RV parks near Woodland Park, CO

Pikes Peak dominates the local itinerary. RV travelers can drive the Pikes Peak Highway to the 14,115-foot summit, ride the cog railway from Manitou Springs, or hike segments of the Barr Trail. Mueller State Park, roughly 15 minutes south on Highway 67, has 50 miles of scenic trails across 5,121 acres of mountain meadows, aspen and conifer forests, plus 132 campsites and three cabins. At Mueller, campfires are prohibited; gas fire pits are allowed, and outdoor cooking is limited to grills and stoves fueled by propane, natural gas, or liquid fuel. Cell service is spotty once north of town on Highway 67.
