Large family, spacious, triple slide travel trailer. 2 AC units. 1 queen bed up front with closet, and small dresser and solid door separating from main area. Main living room has a fold down couch that will sleep 2 children or 1 adult easily. It would also sleep 2 smaller adults. Dining room table folds down to sleep 2 smaller kids or 1 older child. Rear bedroom has 2 off floor beds and 1 fold out cube sofa that is on the floor. Because of the slideout, an air mattress will also fit comfortably here. Tv, and dvd player provided. Electric fireplace in main living area. Stereo with Bluetooth capabilities with outdoor speakers. Outdoor kitchen with propane grille included. Good pets allowed. 50amp service preferred. With almost 7-foot ceilings and 3 slide outs, this unit is perfect for all your camping needs. HAULING INFO: This camper's unloaded weight is approx. 7650 lbs, its tongue/hitch weight is approx. 850 lbs, and it can easily be hauled by a ½ ton pickup. For hauling and hookup, this unit has an electric jack and standard 7-pin hitch with 4-wheel electric brakes. * A brake controller is required (and must be installed before pickup). * A weight distributing hitch is required for hauling this unit. If you do not have one, then a 'class 3' sway-control bar/weight distributing hitch is available for your use at no extra cost (discuss in advance). ABOUT THIS CAMPER: The main area features a real leather sofa that folds out into a full-sized bed. The dining table seats 6 guests comfortably and can be converted to 2 different dining setups. The dinette also converts into a large bed with plush cushions. The ample counter space, large pantry, huge refrigerator, gas range and oven, and deep sink is perfect for preparing meals. You can also relax in front of electric fireplace and watch your favorite shows on the large TV. The lighting in the main area of the camper can be dimmed to whatever level of brightness you prefer. The bathroom boasts a large shower (with 7' ceiling) and plenty of room to get ready for the day. The camper has a 70 gallon fresh water tank, with an on-demand, tank-less hot water heater. The main bedroom has a queen bed, small TV, and a private entrance. Throughout the camper, there is a ton of storage for clothing, games, utensils and more! On the outside of the unit, the power awning provides shade from the hot summer sun. The slide outs, stabilizers and awning are power-operated with a remote, making setup a breeze with this unit. *Pet friendly (two dog maximum). Please Note: If there is not a fresh water bib at your specific campsite, I can fill the fresh water tank at the water fill station at the campground for a small fee (See add-ons). Therefore, check your campsite details prior to booking. Q: If I am having the Camper delivered, what is the plan for picking up the Camper? A: At pick up: Prior to my arrival at the agreed-upon time, you must complete the following tasks: have all of your property removed from the camper, dump all tanks (fresh/grey/black), and have the camper generally cleaned and tidy. Before you depart, I will walk through and inspect for damage. Please Note: If there is not a sewer hookup at your specific campsite, I will be required to dump your tanks for you for a small fee (See add-ons). Therefore, check your campsite details prior to booking.

Our RV is a 2019 Jayco Redhawk. It comfortably sleeps eight adults, or six adults and four kids (2 kids using couch and table each). We offer a reasonably priced option for a family getaway. We try to be competitive in our pricing so our guests can afford to make memories. We do not charge extra for mileage or generator time. We prefer our guests to spend time making memories rather than worrying about extra charges! Unlike many listings you will find everything you need in our RV. We have it stocked with blankets and linens for each bed, shower towels, kitchen and bathroom towels, dishes, pots/pans, utensils for eating and cooking. There is a coffee maker and coffee, spices, and cleaning supplies. Often, there is extra bug spray and sunscreen left from previous adventures. The RV features a full kitchen and bathroom, two TVs, a DVD player for the main TV, Amazon fire hookups on each TV (use personal logins), ample storage space in closets and drawers and an outdoor shower. Because we want all guests to have an enjoyable experience, we do not allow smoking or pets inside the RV. This prevents our RV from having damage as well as ensures future guests don't have allergy or odor issues. When you pick up the RV the propane and gas tank will be filled. Often we have back to back bookings and have little time to clean and prepare for guests, so we do ask that guest refill both gas and propane prior to drop off. In the case we have to fill out we will use the deposit and may charge a handling fee.

Begin your next adventure with Ruby! Ruby is a 2022 Winnebago Solis 59P that comfortably sleeps 2-3 adults. The rig boasts a queen sized sofa bed in the back and an optional Luno Front Cab Air Mattress. Ruby is a smaller RV (19'9" long, 9' tall) making her easy to drive and park just about anywhere, but large enough for a comfortable road trip or camping experience. She has 6 seat belts, making her a GREAT road trip vehicle! Ruby includes a bathroom with 5 gallon cassette toilet (which is super easy to empty). There is an indoor shower, along with two outdoor warm/cold water hook-ups for cleaning up kids or pets outdoors, or taking a warm outdoor shower out back. She also includes a small galley kitchen complete with 2 burner gas stove, sink, slide out counter space, ample storage and a small refrigerator. Ruby differs from most Solis 59P models in that she has an ice-cold AC unit to cool the cabin. Ruby does NOT have a built-in generator, so you must be plugged into a power source for the AC to function. She also has cab AC, for cooling the vehicle while the engine is running. The 20 gallon fresh-water tank (with Eco Hot heating system), 25 lb propane tank, Truma Eco Heating System, 2 house batteries, and solar panel system make Ruby ideal for boondocking. There is storage space in the indoor cabinets, as well as under the sofa bed in the back. Ruby really is the perfect vehicle for going off-grid. If campgrounds are more your style, utilize the 30-amp plug-in capabilities. Whatever your adventure -- Ruby is the perfect vehicle to take you there. We know that setup and cleanup for a camping trip can be stressful. That’s why Ruby comes with the Stress-Less package (Prep Fee). Relax and enjoy the adventure! Ruby will have full gas and fresh-water tanks, as well as empty waste tanks upon pick-up. She will be stocked with linens (upon request), kitchen utensils, and RV approved toilet paper and deodorizer. What’s the best part? Just return Ruby with a full tank of gas and an empty black water tank. We will take care of cleaning, sanitizing, and emptying the grey tank upon her return. PLEASE empty the black tank prior to returning. You will be charged for returning Ruby in an excessively dirty state, or failing to empty the black tank.
