You can tow this unit yourself with almost any standard pickup truck, or we can deliver and set it up for you depending on our availability. Either way, all you need to bring are your clothes, food and the kids. For the benefit of those who will rent the unit after you that may be offended by stale smoke or allergic to pet dander there is a strict NO SMOKING and NO PETS policy. It sleeps 9 people comfortably. Two double bunks can comfortably sleep 4 children or 4 snuggling adults. The rap around table converts into a double bed. There is a couch that could sleep another. Storage located under. The front has a double bed with storage located on the sides, above your bed and under the bed. More storage is located in front of the coach. The kitchen is fully stocked including single serving coffee maker (uses k-cups or ground coffee) and a double wide toaster. There is no use of the awning, due to caution of mishandling and possible damage, please bring a pop-up tent or screen house. Please NO pet’s NO smoking! It’s a family friendly camper. There will be an additional fee starting at $100 if such is suspected. You will also receive 2 rolls of RV toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, large fresh water bottle, paper napkins, 1 dish towel, dish cloth and sponge, dish soap and hand soap, outdoor rug, 2 oversized outdoor chairs and an outdoor folding table.. and more. It was one of the best lightweight mini campers that we just bought. This is a great camper for a family of five to six. It's fully contained, fresh, gray, black water tanks, has a queen bed in the front dinette turns into a single bed and two twin bunk beds in the back. Bathroom with a shower. Two stove burners, microwave, full-size refrigerator, hot and cold water, heater, AC, LED lighted power awning, indoor outdoor speakers system, radio AUX DVD players. This thing weighs approximately 3100 lb dry. We also have a generator for a $25 per night flat rate that can be included upon request. Other add-ons coming soon I am pretty happy with this camper for my family.
