What an amazing trip and experience. Everything we needed or could have asked for was included and our kids definitely made core memories to last us. Jack was extremely flexible with both pickup and drop-off times. He even allowed me to pick up the RV the night before at no extra cost, which gave us the chance to pack ahead of time and hit the road early the next morning. He was always available to answer any questions and made me feel completely comfortable using the RV. The RV itself was very comfortable and easy to operate, especially when it came to the amenities. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend renting from Jack.

It was a great experience. This RV was supplied with most amenities we needed for a comfortable stay at the Newport Dunes. The propane stove works so much better than most RVs I’ve rented. Dennis and his wife are very nice. They respond to all of my questions right away. However, the only tricky thing I didn’t anticipate was picking up and dropping off of the RV. There’s no parking for visitors except the OC Great Parks across the street. I recommend have someone drop you off. Nevertheless, they were very accommodating and drove me to and from my car parked at the Park.

Romolo definitely earned his Super Host status . He is a pleasure to deal with and very patient with new or infrequent RV renters like us. His RV is new and easy to operate. It is also very clean. We would rate Romolo and his RV a 5 plus star., and would not hesitate to rent from him again.
