Eugene at first is not super active on the messaging aspect of things, however, he is one of the nicest people I have met. Very helpful, informative, and professional. He went beyond his way to help us as we came across a bit of an issue with our truck’s outlet. RV was clean and perfectly functional, my 8 month wife was comfortable and loved the experience. Highly recommend. Trailer is the perfect size for a couple. It was cramped with 2 adults and a large dog but still 10x better than tenting it. Tows easily, nice and light; kitchen at the back is very convenient. It was wonderful to not have to worry about bugs or rain! Matthew was fantastic. Did a through walk around to explain how everything work and was very accommodation with pickup and drop off times. We will absolutely be renting from him again and would advise anyone else to do so.
