My partner and I were going to an Astronomy weekend at a campground north of Mt Forest, Ont. We found this provider through RV/EZ, and contacted Michael.We made our arrangements, and all was well. When we arrived at his house, to pick up the RV, it was sitting very pretty in his driveway, looking like a brand-new vehicle. Michael was very easy-going, and gave me the Grand Tour of the unit, with clear instructions regarding the functions of the unit's features (this unit has 3 pop-outs) and how to operate the various devices onboard. (I owned a 24-foot trailer for years, so a lot of this info was familiar) Once we got our stuff loaded up (there was LOTS of available storage for all our stuff - telescopes, tripods, cameras, etc). And the unit came fully equipped, with linens, dishes, pots & pans, little items like salt/pepper/coffee maker & coffee, a collapsible kettle... the list goes on and on! We left Michael's house, leaving our car in his care, and headed off to our adventure. Michael and I communicated via texts during our trip, When we returned the unit to Michael, he helped us unload our gear into our car, and we did the Return Inspection... and all was good. To make this review more concise: this was a GREAT vehicle, and a good experience for us, as this was our first rental of an RV. Michael was a pleasure to deal with, and we are going to go to him again, the next time we need to rent an RV. We are both Seniors, and it was a pleasure to deal with Michael! Thank you, sir!! Dealing with Rob and Samantha was very easy straight forward they were flexible with pickup and drop off. The trailer was fully loaded with everything you could want I couldn't have had a better experience.

We are incredibly happy with this rental. All was as described and extras as well that helped our trip! Couldn’t be happier with the whole process- awesome RV with soooo much space and comfort. This is my third rental and our time was perfect. Everything was perfect. All supplies needed were included (plates, cups, icemaker, coffee machine, bedding ect.). Communication was easy. We really enjoyed our 10 day vacation. Thanks again Steve and Diana.

Second year renting from Maria. She is excellent to rent from. The camper is immaculate and she explains all you need to know and makes herself available if needed. I will be renting from her agin next year.
