2026 Grand Design Travel Trailer
This was an entirely new experience for us and we could not be happier with the service and the beautiful travel trailer. Cheryl communicated beforehand so we knew exactly what to expect. They set it up quickly and explained everything these old first timers needed to know to enjoy our time. The trailer is spacious, comfortable and immaculate, it is well equipped with everything we needed. Everything worked perfectly. We spent each evening in the heated massaging recliner chairs to relax before crawling into the comfortable bed. The three couples we were with were envious of how nice our unit was. We may be ‘fighting’ with two of those couples to see who gets it next time. I would rate our experience a 10. Would recommend Chrryl without any hesitation

Tee RV was exactly as described and just what we needed to take our Aunt and Uncle on a "bucket list" trip. Josh was truly helpful and honest and very easy to communicate with. If all our rental experiences were as this one was , we wouldn't own anything, just rent!!

The RV was in good condition and clean. I was pleased with the owners attitude and would be willing to rent from him again for that area of the country. I returned the RV early due to weather conditions, not directly relating to any problems with the RV. I did discuss with the owner some minor issues that I'm sure he will look into before future rentals.

We had the best experience upon arrival we were greeted and went over everything. He was very friendly told us everything we needed to know. There was stuff already in the camper told us to help ourselves. He messaged us the next day to check on us which was really nice! It was very clean inside and out we would definitely rent it again!!

Trailer was exactly as described and worked well for our situation. Delivery person was awesome and answered our questions during initial setup. Delivery and pickup service was great especially since we have little experience pulling a trailer through hilly terrain.

RV rental in Eureka Springs is very affordable compared to other Ozark getaways, with most travel trailers and campervans averaging $90 to $175 per night, and larger Class A or Class C motorhomes typically running $200 to $350 per night. Do I need a special license to rent an RV in Eureka Springs?

Good news: for the vast majority of RV rentals in Eureka Springs, a regular driver's license is all you need. Almost every motorhome, campervan, and travel trailer listed on RVezy falls under the 26,000-pound gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) threshold, so no Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is required in Arkansas. You will need to be at least 25 years old to book on RVezy, and your ID is verified securely through the platform during checkout. International visitors should bring their home country license along with an International Driving Permit. Once you've booked, your host will walk you through the RV at pickup so you feel confident before pulling out of the driveway.

What if my Eureka Springs trip plans change? Can I cancel?

Booking is low-risk. RVezy sets the cancellation policy (not individual hosts), and it includes a grace period after booking so you can lock in your dates without worry. If life happens, a work conflict, a family emergency, or severe Ozark weather, RVezy's support team can help you navigate options. The specific refund timeline depends on how far out from your trip you cancel, and the full policy is available in the RVezy Help Center. The takeaway: you're not locked in the moment you click 'book' on your Eureka Springs RV rental.

When is the best time of year for an Eureka Springs RV trip?

Eureka Springs is genuinely a year-round destination, but the sweet spots are mid-April through May and September through October, when daytime highs sit in the comfortable 70s and 80s and the Ozark hills explode with wildflowers or fall color. Summer (June through August) brings highs in the upper 80s to low 90s with humidity, ideal for swimming and boating at Beaver Lake but warm for hiking. Winters are mild by mountain standards with January highs around 45°F and only about 7 inches of annual snowfall, so you can absolutely book an off-season RV rental in Arkansas and enjoy quieter trails. Local insider tip: the May Festival of the Arts and the Original Ozark Folk Festival in October are bucket-list weekends.

I've never rented an RV before. Will I know what I'm doing?

You're going to be fine, first time renting an RV in Eureka Springs is easier than most people expect. Every RVezy host provides a hands-on orientation at pickup, walking you through how to operate the awning, slide-outs, fresh water and waste tanks, generator, propane, and AC. Many hosts even create custom video guides you can rewatch from your phone at the campsite. You can also message your host anytime during the trip with questions. Pro tip: if Eureka Springs' steep, winding streets feel intimidating, choose a smaller campervan rental in Eureka Springs or a travel trailer parked at a campground, and use the free downtown trolley to explore historic Spring Street and the Crescent Hotel.

An RV road trip from Eureka Springs sets you up for some of the best scenery in the central United States. Popular routes include heading north 50 miles to Branson, Missouri for Silver Dollar City and Table Rock Lake; east 75 miles to the Buffalo National River for paddling and elk viewing near Ponca; west 55 miles to Bentonville for the Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art and world-class mountain biking; or south 230 miles down Scenic Highway 7 to Hot Springs National Park. How much should I budget for fuel on my Eureka Springs RV trip?

Fuel is usually the second-biggest cost after the rental itself, so it's smart to plan ahead. Most Class C motorhomes get 8 to 12 miles per gallon (mpg), travel trailers depend on your tow vehicle (typically 10 to 14 mpg), and campervans like a Class B can hit 18 to 22 mpg. Arkansas consistently has some of the lowest gas prices in the country, often 30 to 50 cents per gallon cheaper than the national average. There are convenient fuel stops on Highway 62 in Eureka Springs and along U.S. 412 in Berryville. Pro tip: fill up in Berryville or Green Forest before heading deep into Buffalo River country, stations get sparse east of Highway 21.

How far ahead should I book a campground near Eureka Springs?

For peak season (April through October, plus any fall foliage weekend), aim to reserve six months out. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers campgrounds at Beaver Lake (Dam Site Lake, Lost Bridge North, Horseshoe Bend, Indian Creek, and Rocky Branch) are reserved through Recreation.gov and open booking windows several months in advance. Private parks like Wanderlust RV Park, Kettle Campground, and the Eureka Springs KOA take direct reservations and book up especially fast during the May Festival of the Arts and October leaf-peeping weekends. For winter and early spring, you can often grab a spot a week or two out. Pro tip: Tuesday through Thursday nights are easier to book and often cheaper.

What are the driving conditions like around Eureka Springs?

Eureka Springs sits in the heart of the Ozark Mountains at about 1,400 feet elevation, so expect winding two-lane roads, switchbacks, and some steep grades, especially on the historic loop through downtown. The good news: Highway 62 (the main route in and out) is well-maintained and easily handled by any RV. Avoid taking large rigs onto narrow downtown streets like Spring Street or Center Street, instead, park at your campground and use the free Eureka Springs Transit trolley. Watch for deer at dawn and dusk, and slow down during occasional summer thunderstorms. Pro tip: GPS can misroute RVs in this area; ask your host or campground for the recommended approach route.

Most RV parks near Eureka Springs offer full hookups: 30/50-amp electric, fresh water, and sewer at the site, plus dump stations, hot showers, laundry, and Wi-Fi. Wanderlust RV Park has 88 full-hookup sites and a seasonal pool. The Eureka Springs KOA features a 90,000-gallon pool (open Memorial Day through Labor Day), a convenience store with RV parts, and a dog park. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers sites at Beaver Lake provide electric and water hookups (no sewer at most sites), flush toilets, and shared dump stations. Pro tip: top off fresh water and dump tanks before heading to Corps sites, since sewer hookups aren't available at the site itself.

Most RVs you'll find on RVezy come fully equipped for a comfortable Ozark getaway. Expect a queen or king bed, a kitchen with a fridge/freezer, three-burner stove, microwave, sink, and full cookware, plus a bathroom with toilet, shower, and sink. Larger Class C and Class A motorhomes often include a generator for boondocking near Beaver Lake. What add-ons and pickup options should I know about?

RVezy hosts in Eureka Springs offer plenty of convenient add-ons to customize your trip: delivery and setup, linens and kitchen kits, camp chairs, outdoor grills, generator use, extra mileage packages, and even bike or kayak rentals (perfect for Beaver Lake). Pickup is usually at the host's location in or near Eureka Springs, Berryville, or Rogers, and most hosts offer flexible windows (typically 1 to 4 p.m. for pickup and 11 a.m. for return). Add-on fees are listed transparently on each listing so there are no surprises. Pro tip: bundling delivery plus a linens package means you just pack clothes and food, your Eureka Springs RV trip starts the moment you arrive.

How does payment and the security deposit work?

Payment is simple and secure: you pay through RVezy's platform when you book, never directly to the host in cash. The total includes the nightly rental, any add-ons you selected, the protection plan, and applicable taxes. A refundable security deposit is held (not charged) on your card before the trip, the exact amount is shown on the listing, and it's released after the host confirms the RV came back in good shape. To avoid any deposit issues, do a quick walk-around video at pickup and return, follow the mileage and generator policies, and return the RV with the same fuel and propane levels. Pro tip: message your host the day before pickup to confirm everything's set, smooth communication keeps trips smooth.
