RV & camper rentals in Hinton, WV

RV rental in Hinton, WV is one of the most affordable getaways in the Mid-Atlantic, with towable trailers averaging around $120 per night and motorhomes near $200 per night through RVezy. Most hosts offer 10-20% weekly or monthly discounts, so a 5-7 day New River Gorge trip stretches your budget further than a long weekend. To save even more, book your Hinton RV rental for shoulder season (late April-May or September-October) when fall foliage along the New River is spectacular and rates dip. Good news: a regular driver's license is all you need to rent an RV in Hinton. West Virginia does not require a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or special endorsement for recreational vehicles under 26,000 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR), which covers virtually every campervan, travel trailer, Class C motorhome, and fifth wheel on RVezy. You'll just need to be 25 or older with a valid driver's license, and RVezy verifies your identity during booking, so there's nothing extra to file with the DMV. Visiting from another country? An International Driving Permit paired with your home license works perfectly for your West Virginia RV trip.

Every RV rental in Hinton, WV through RVezy includes a renter protection plan and 24/7 roadside assistance, so you can hit the winding roads to New River Gorge with real peace of mind. Renters choose from multiple protection plan levels during booking, not the host, with coverage that helps protect against damage during your trip. If you get a flat on Route 20 near Sandstone Falls or run into mechanical trouble at Bluestone Lake, roadside assistance is one call away any hour of the day. Reviewing the protection details before booking helps first-time renters feel confident from day one.

Booking is low-risk because RVezy sets a standardized cancellation policy that applies across rentals, not the individual host, and it includes a grace period for full refunds shortly after booking. That means you can lock in your rent an RV in Hinton plans with confidence, even if your schedule is still firming up. Refund amounts after the grace period depend on how far out from your trip you cancel, which is worth knowing since flash flooding along the New River occasionally affects access. Review the full cancellation policy on RVezy's Help Center before you book your motorhome rental Hinton trip.
