Claude était super gentil et a tout bien expliqué, il était super flexible et la roulotte était parfaite pour nous trois (2 adultes, 1 enfant). Le lit enfant est assez grand pour un 3e adulte si nécessaire. Le chauffage a bien fonctionné car nous avons eu une nuit très humide et froide. Le frigo était froid au pickup et tout fonctionne.

We enjoyed 2 weeks with this trailer exploring beautiful parts of Quebec and the St. Lawrence River. The trailer and experience was everything we hoped it would be. The communication and relationship with the hosts was excellent, and made for a 5 star rating for our first RVezy trip.

We recently rented an RV from Eric and Cheryl, and it was a fantastic experience! The RV was spotless when we picked it up — so clean and well cared for. We also really appreciated the many thoughtful little touches they included, which made the trip even more comfortable and enjoyable. Eric and Cheryl were wonderful to deal with — friendly, helpful, and organized. We would definitely rent from them again. Highly recommend!

Superbe communication. Service impeccable

An absolute pleasure interacting with Jon and Lisa! Being new to towing a trailer, Jon thoroughly and patiently went over every aspect of the camper. The family was very kind to our daughter, who played in the swings as we did our thing. Unfortunately, on day one we didn’t have the correct wiring coming out of our Pontiac Vibe so we had to tent overnight and come back the next day after getting the wiring done…luckily an amazing U-Haul site in Mississauga was able to do it quickly and affordably (and on a summer Sunday!). Because of the challenges, they offered us another day which we couldn’t do but appreciated. Zero issues towing, driving was smooth including lane changing and turns. Of course, backing up hitch trailers is very challenging so we did our best to avoid having to backup, but even when we had to back into our sites it worked out, just took some time and finessing. Aldo no issues with the camper on site, an absolute dream. Our 5 year old was in total bliss! We had sites without power so we actually didn’t plug the camper in, and although we could have - we actually didn’t use the sink/on-board water at all. The awning was great but note that there are no horizontal poles, just 3 vertical posts that get tied down. We fell in love with the Trillium and dream of having our own, and would rent from Jon and Lisa again in a heartbeat. So thankful!
