Everything is good quality, including the dishes, linens, bbq, chairs, etc. Everything seems new still and works, everything you could need (and more) is already in there for you. Good detailed explanation on pick up and very nice owners. Thanks for trusting me to take good care of your beautiful RV.

Ted was an excellent host. He was very quick to answer all questions, friendly and accommodating to requests. His beautiful RV was in excellent shape and well stocked. Everything was very clean and sanitized. He gave a thorough tour of the RV taking the time to explain everything to us. We will be renting from him again in the future.

Fakhra’s RV was perfect for our family’s May long weekend camping trip! The size accommodated our family well (myself, my husband, two kids, a baby, and a small dog). Fakhra is very organized and provided a great overview upon pickup of the RV to ensure we had a seamless trip. Fakhra was also very responsive and offered help/support as needed. We had a great experience. Highly recommend!

We had the best camping trip in Rebecca & Michael's van - it was very clean and well stocked, and had all the amenities we were needing. They were very accommodating and easy-going about drop off and pick up and super responsive when we had questions for them while using the vehicle. Definitely recommend booking with them and looking forward to the next time we stay in one of their vehicles!

We took our family (2 adults and 1 - 9 year old and 1 - 6 year old) around several different landscapes of Alberta, including Dinosaur Provincial Park, Calgary city and Banff National Park). The unit is a 2006 so it is after all 18 years old at this point. It also has the better of 270,000kms on the engine. And I am not really a Ford man but hear me out. For the age and mileage of this unit, it far out-performs expectation. I never felt there was going to be any trouble with the engine. We traversed both the Kicking Horse and Bow Passes and of course the engine geared down but it kept speed the whole time, with no indication that the engine was headed to trouble. Again, given the age and mileage - this shows an incredible attention and care to engine maintenance. The cab itself looks like you are driving off the lot in 2006. As a renter this should inspire confidence. There was some wear and tear on the interior but still very well appointed for camping. And while our family appreciates this type of character for our adventures, I would probably say that the interior approaches rustic. However, we were all very comfortable eating, sleeping and being a family. All the wear and tear is cosmetic and from use. Everything important works well which is consistent with the maintenance of the engine. The hosts are incredible in terms of support to the point of generous. Our expectation for reply (if not marked ‘urgent’) would be 24 hours. This benchmark was met on every occasion prior to the trip and within 4 hours (and mostly much faster) while on the trip. I don’t think anything else could reasonably be expected. I will also mention, although I don’t think this should be expected, that we had some issues with return flights and were scrambling to just find a way home. The hosts actually offered to drive us as a family to the airport from our drop off point. I don’t think this should be the expectation but really speaks to the character of these people and that their priority is to make sure you have best experience that they are able to manage. In fact, I will take this opportunity to thank them for all their support and hope that they continue to rent to people.
