This was my first time to rent an RV. The experience was seamless. I dealt with Derek and he was wonderful, he even acted excited over my enthusiasm for the trip. He explained everything very well and made sure we were comfortable with our decision to rent. He let us know he was available for any question we might have and we tested him on it. He was available and very helpful.
Great experience with this team. They were very patient and answered our numerous questions quickly. This was our first experience with an RV and they made it very comfortable. The only thing that was a negative to me was the fact that they charge for gas to and from the location. I felt like this should have been taken from the delivery fee not charged on top of it. I also feel it should be disclosed prior to the RV being delivered.
