Matt provided great video tutorials that made setup, using the heater, and everything else super easy. When I had a quick question during the trip, he called me back within minutes. He was incredibly kind and friendly throughout the whole process. The camper smelled fresh and clean when we entered, and the sheets were spotless. He also went above and beyond by including extra supplies, which really came in handy. What stood out the most was how flexible he was with pickup and drop-off—he really made it convenient for us. This camper had everything we could possibly need or want. It has a big commercial fridge, all the linens and pillows, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, and even an ice cream maker! It is beautiful, spacious, and so comfortable for our family of 4. Jonas and Nanda were fantastic to rent from. We loved that they delivered and set it up for us. They showed us all the ins and outs, and even came out to do a shower head replacement for us mid stay! We will absolutely rent from them again, and next time we’ll plan to try out that ice cream maker!
