His professionalism, communication, patience, and genuine commitment to making sure our family had a great experience were truly appreciated. During our trip, we experienced an unexpected flat tire, and Scott went above and beyond to be responsive, understanding, and helpful—even communicating with us late at night and during his own birthday. That level of customer service says a great deal about the type of host and person he is. The RV provided our family with a wonderful experience and was exactly what we needed for our family adventure. This was our first time renting an RV. Sanela was so helpful and responsive to all of our questions.

The RV was exactly what we needed and as pictured. We would 100% would rent again and would recommend. There were many things that we packed, thinking there would be nothing in the RV; but there were paper plates, paper towels, toilet paper, utensils: plastic reusable cups, bowls, pots, pans, a strainer, knives, and plates. There was also a boogie board, pillows, scented spray and multiple cleaning supplies, as well as hand soap. The RV was clean and set up properly when we arrived. There were also 2 outdoor reclining chairs and an outdoor table. The awning worked as it should, as well as the electric and generator. The stove was propane and had propane there already. The generator (additional cost) worked great and was easy to start, and refilled with gas. The electric was mostly solar power. The toilet worked well. We didnt utilize the shower, so we dont know about that, but they did fill our water tank for us prior to arrival. Overall, would absolutely recommend if you're looking for a great company to rent an RV from!

Both Shelly and Jim were incredible to deal with. They ensure we had everything we needed for our trip and full understanding of the trailer. They also provided us with their number to reach them at any point during the trip if we had issues and their communication throughout was incredible.

My wife and I rented this van for a weekend trip to go hiking and to test out a bit of van life. The van was great, clean, fully equipped, and everything worked as described. Stephanie is a fantastic host, quick to respond, and genuinely cares to make sure her renters have a good time. I highly recommend.
