Campgrounds and RV parks near Massena, NY

Massena sits on the south bank of the St. Lawrence River in far northern New York, directly across from Ontario at the Seaway International Bridge. The area is defined by the river, the Eisenhower Lock, and the mix of state parkland and Ontario provincial parkway camping within a short drive of town. RV travellers can choose between full-hookup private parks, New York State Park campgrounds, and Canadian riverfront campgrounds along the Long Sault Parkway. Massena International Kampground is the closest full-service private option, with pull-through and big-rig sites just outside town. North Barnhart - Robert Moses State Park puts campers directly on the St. Lawrence, and Jelly Beans Riverside Campground offers a smaller riverside setting nearby. Across the border, Mille Roches Campsite - St Lawrence and Upper Canada Campground are operated by the St. Lawrence Parks Commission along the Long Sault Parkway and the Upper Canada Migratory Bird Sanctuary. A valid passport or NEXUS card is required for the border crossing at Massena.
