My husband and I had a fabulous camping trip through the Rockies. The booking process was effortless, and Jaclyn provided clear and accurate information. When we picked up Skippy the campervan, we were highly impressed with the check-in process - the campervan was spotlessly clean, and it felt like we were renting a brand new unit. Jeff walked us through the operations of Skippy, and he was extremely pleasant to deal with. Our trip went off without any complications, and we were so happy to have chosen Skippy for this holiday. Thank you to Jaclyn and Jeff for providing excellent customer service, and for sharing Skippy with us!

Our van experience was awesome. We hired Ben's van for a month in the Rockies and it didn't miss a beat. It gave us flexibility, security and drew quite a few admiring comments from other campers. It allowed us to explore your great National Parks knowing that the battery, water and cooking facilities all performed beautifully. Ben was easy going and responded to the one or two things that needed some fixing. A very memorable trip all round.

We enjoyed our 7 day travel experience in this campervan overall. It was well stocked with everything you’d need for a positive glamping experience. The standing room inside is ample. We enjoyed the layout and the bed is a nice size for 2 people. The mattress is a bit firm for our preference as we are used to a softer mattress. We accidently left the camping chairs at a campsite. We purchased some more on the trip, but were charged full price to replace the chairs we lost and they also kept the chairs we bought. So if you are sitting in red chairs that say Canada, you’re welcome! Lol Tim picked us up from the airport on arrival, which was nice. We had to call an Uber to get back to the airport as he said it was too late for him to take us. It was 8:15pm and we were 14 minutes from the airport. So just be aware if you need a later airport transfer you’ll need to schedule alternate transportation. Other cons for us, the windshield was extremely cracked, but they did say they would be replacing that. The passenger side door has a 3 loud popping sounds everytime you open it, which doesn’t affect function but can get annoying when you’re constantly in and out. Overall it was a good experience and we really enjoyed Canada!

Very comfy bed and everything you could possibly need for your trip. The only issue with the campervan was its driver...it is an adjustment. Jaclyn is a perfect host for this first time experience for me.
