We were privileged to be the first family to rent Troy's RV! We had 3 adults and 2 teens along for the 15 day trip. We had plenty of room and didn't even need the table bed. Very spacious and comfortable RV. Driving it really was a breeze even though the first minutes behind the wheel were intimidating knowing it was someone else's prized possession. It didn't take long at all to relax and cruise, enjoying the sights through the large windows. Troy was awesome to work with! He's very communicable through the app, text messages, etc We got very thorough instructions before take off along with some written notes and the manual in case of an emergency. Troy was easy to work. We'd do it all over again with him if the future ever allows.

We enjoyed our time with the RV! Clean and cozy and had all of the amenities we needed for our trip. There were some mechanical issues with the generator about halfway through the trip that couldn’t possibly have been anticipated beforehand, as Matt had just had it serviced prior to our trip, but we made the best of it and Matt was readily available for any questions we had and went above and beyond for us, even calling the dealer to try and help us find a temporary fix to the problem. He went out of his way to drop the RV off to us in a location that was easy for pickup and was accommodating with drop off as well. Overall an amazing trip, great RV, and Matt was wonderful, knowledgeable, patient and helpful!
