Daniel was an excellent person to deal with in all aspects of this transaction. He was very prompt in all forms of contact and communication throughout the complete process of this rental. This was a very welcome stress reliever as past experience had left a bitter taste in my mouth. Daniel expressed a willingness to be flexible in any of the circumstances that required something too be discussed and agreed upon by both parties. This also provided a much appreciated stress relief. Daniel was very punctual in both the delivery and pick up of the trailer unit. This was great as the event we were at was large and could have provided some logistical challenges had Daniel not shown great flexibility and punctuality. Daniel's trailer unit was delivered clean and tidy with basic provisions provided as requested by us. Overall we are super happy with the whole experience dealing with Daniel, his trailer and RVezy.
