Our experience with the RV and interactions with its host Simon were excellent! Simon was proactive in sending us brief videos demonstrating details in operating the various mechanics of his RV. These reminders were instrumental in removing any questions and anxieties one might have in renting his RV. Simon was also readily available to respond to the littlest questions we may have had.
