Charles was amazing to work with from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, and very responsive throughout the entire rental process. Communication was excellent, and he made everything easy by coordinating delivery and pickup times that worked for our camping trip. The trailer was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything was set up and ready when we arrived, which made our trip to Lake Perris stress-free and enjoyable. Charles took the time to answer our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. My family and I had a great experience, and we truly appreciate the outstanding customer service. I would definitely rent from Charles again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and hassle-free RV rental. Thank you, Charles, for helping make our family camping trip such a great experience!

2023 Coleman Travel Trailer
Great experience overall. The trailer was delivered and set up before we arrived, with power on, AC running, and the awning already out, which made everything incredibly easy for our family. It gave us a comfortable place to cool off and escape the heat during our family campout, and everything went well throughout the stay. The only issue we ran into was some water dripping from the water heater area, but Jakwan was responsive and helped us work through it. Reducing the water pressure going into the trailer, or shutting the water off when not in use, seemed to resolve the concern enough for the trip. Overall, the trailer served our family well, communication was good, and we appreciated the convenience of having everything set up and ready to go.
