This was an incredible camping experience! It was the ideal way to camp, as we had always used tents before. It was fantastic that the RV was delivered and ready to use! There was ample space for my family to enjoy the room without feeling cramped. A big storm rolled in, and it was a great place to come together and use the appliances inside to cook dinner and watch a movie as a family. I highly recommend this rental for anyone seeking a great camping stay, and for anyone who has always wanted to try out the RV experience!

Beautiful camper, with easy set-up. Exactly what we needed for our camping reunion with dear friends. Trish provided above and beyond communication. She also provided little extras like fresh coffee, oatmeal and pillows and sheets. Topnotch hosts and perfect teardrop camper for your trip. Here are photos of the trip it got us to - even though no photos of the camper itself! (Sorry)

Hendersonville is a perfect launching point for several scenic RV road trips. The Blue Ridge Parkway is the headline route, with overlooks, waterfalls, and campgrounds stretching north toward Asheville and south to Cherokee. Fuel is usually one of the larger trip costs for an RV rental in Hendersonville. Most Class C motorhomes get about 8 to 10 mpg, Class A motorhomes around 6 to 9 mpg, and campervans 14 to 20 mpg. With current North Carolina fuel prices, plan on roughly $0.40 to $0.55 per mile for a typical motorhome. Towable trailers add 2 to 4 mpg to your tow vehicle's normal consumption. How far ahead should I book a campground near Hendersonville?

Within town, roads are wide and RV-friendly, while mountain routes like the Blue Ridge Parkway and roads through Pisgah National Forest involve curves, grades, and lower speed limits. Some Parkway tunnels have height restrictions, so check clearances if you are driving a tall Class A or fifth wheel.
