Great constant communication in pickup and drop off. Wonderful trailer/RV and all things needed for camp setup included, and then some (excellent documentation and instructions provided after the hand-off, very thoughtfully stocked). Very comfortable in all changing weather conditions! The “electric fireplace” really made the trip pleasant and comfortable. Wonderful time and trip in this easy hauling RV.
