Worked perfect for our family of 4 and first time RVing!

Absolutely the best person to rent from. From clear communication, support with planning, providing every possible thing you would need for your trip to flexibility…you will not find a nicer, more welcoming host anywhere. This is our second time renting and we are already planning our next trip.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience renting the Bigfoot RV for our family reunion! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The RV was beautifully equipped with every bell and whistle you could think of. We literally only had to pack our clothes and groceries—everything else was provided. The linens were incredibly comfortable, the air conditioning kept the RV cool even on the hottest days, and having a bathtub for the little ones was such a thoughtful feature. The smart TVs in both the main living area and the bedroom were a great bonus for winding down in the evenings. What really made the experience exceptional, though, was the host. They picked us up directly from the airport, making the start of our trip completely stress-free. Even more impressive, they drove over 100 km to pick up the RV at the end of our rental so our family could seamlessly continue our vacation without having to backtrack. That level of service is incredibly rare and was so appreciated. If you're considering renting an RV, I can't recommend this one enough. It was comfortable, spotless, thoughtfully stocked, and made our family reunion one to remember. We'd rent it again in a heartbeat!

Le VR était en très bon ordre, l’accueil et la disponibilité de Jean-Philippe a été au delà des attentes, nous a aidé à installer les vélos, des gestes d’entraide super apprécié. Très patient et disponible pour nous guider dans l’expérience VR. Nous étions deux adultes et deux enfants et c’était parfait. Le véhicule se conduit très bien et le rack à vélo et les commodités sont faciles à utiliser. Je recommande, vous aurez la piqûre 🙃

Brett, the host was absolutely amazing and extremely helpful to us first timers. From the starting request to the handoff, Brett was always able to answer our questions in a very timely matter. The RV itself is 1st Class, fancy and very easy to use. All the amenities included were outstanding. Can't say enough how lucky we were the get a great host backed by a beautiful RV. He's layed back and will help anyway he can. Memories for a lifetime.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful trip in Guillaume's RV. He is an excellent host - very communicative with the booking process as well as throughout our trip. Highly recommend!
