Isa was great to work with on our leaf peeping and Niagra Falls trip. She was very responsive to questions we had while on the road. She even helped us jump start our vehicle when it wouldn't start after our return. The rig was easy to drive even in Chicago construction zones and Boston rush-hour traffic.

Le chauffage centra, c'est top à l'automne. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Alain a pensé à tout en ce qui concerne l'équipement. All around great experience ! Easy to deal with from pick up till drop off. Not a negative thing but just letting renters know that it does not have a propane fridge and it needs power. Serif was so kind to refund my prepaid propane as i did not know.
