Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, and the layout made the space feel welcoming and functional. It was easy to tow and set up, which helped take a lot of stress out of the trip. The attention to detail really showed and made us feel comfortable right away. Communication was smooth and helpful, and any questions we had were answered promptly. 2016 Thor Motor Coach Class CSam was very nice, friendly and helpful. It was our 1st time rv camping. She made everything easy for us to learn how to use quickly and was available if ww forgot how to do something during our rental. The rv had everything we needed for our family of 4 and our toy Chihuahua was even comfy in his lil area. We will be renting from her again. We had a great time and my kids can't wait for me to plan the next rv camping trip.
