We had a great time with our granddaughters. They really wanted an "RV" trip and this coach wowed them. Each had their own bunk. They loved that the coach had everything their home has. The coach drove smoothly once I got used to the handling and the owners were very easy to deal with and helpful.
Was a great experience and my children were beyond thrilled to get to experience it. Derek was great and made it easy.
RV is in excellent condition. Owners were exceptional and timely on communications in answering all our questions and assisting in minor details throughout our vacation. The AC works extremely well. Very nice trip for the seven days we had the vehicle. Owners are very helpful, kind, and courteous. Seems as though they desire their clients to have a wonderful time while using their equipment. If you have the need, these folks are great people for renting an RV for your next outing!
Mr Edmundo was sensational going over his Rv. The Rv was perfect for our family get away. Everything worked as should and was clean through out. I read other Rv reviews and was nervous, but the gentleman takes care of his Rv and punctual not only with messages but also for pick up and drop off.
Jim was super helpful. It was our first RV rental and it couldn’t have been any smoother. We will definitely rent again and can’t wait to do another RV excursion.
Overall, great experience. Bert was amazing. He was super helpful when needed. I will say that the RV needs some care. There were minor things that would come up that made for inconveniences. Just for reference, the stove wouldn’t light, the water pump leaked here and there, there was a slight leak in the dash when it rained. The big window rattled and wouldn’t open. The fridge only works on generator which caused loss of food and mold in fridge. Again, minor things that just would have been helpful to know. Bert was amazing and did his best to help us while we were on the road and also reimbursed us for losses. He was great! I would definitely rent from Bert again but the Rv needed some TLC.
