Travel trailer rental Bighorn No. 8, AB

We rented an RV from Lisa and Ming for 4 nights, and it was a great experience from start to finish. They were kind, polite, and very patient throughout the entire process. They even recorded detailed videos explaining everything, from hitching and unhitching, to operating the RV, connecting water and electricity, and handling the sewer system. At first it felt a bit overwhelming, but thanks to their guidance it quickly became much easier. I would strongly recommend renting from them.

Trailer was warm, cozy, and spacious, which was especially great given that we camped during a May look weekend blizzard! Lol

Boyd was great to deal with and very responsive. The trailer is basic but also easy to figure out. The slide out kitchen is great and can be put away when not in use.

We had such an amazing experience renting Thomas’ van for our Banff trip. The van was cozy, reliable, and made our camping adventure so much easier and more fun. Thomas was super understanding, easy to communicate with, and genuinely cared that we were comfortable during the trip. Even with a few last-minute changes, he was always kind and helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better host or a better van. Highly recommended — we’d definitely rent again!

We had an amazing first RV experience with our family. Karren was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive throughout the entire trip. The RV was perfectly organized and fully equipped with absolutely everything we could possibly need. She truly thought about every small detail, which made our trip very comfortable and stress-free. As first-time RV renters, we had many questions and did not understand a lot of things at first, but Karren was always helpful and understanding. We are very grateful for such a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend renting from her.

Very smooth rental process. Well stocked with everything for our family of four. Was able to tow this with our EV SUV and really appreciated that we could haul our bikes inside the trailer.

Great little trailer that has everything you need. Easy hookup. Inside stays very warm when the temperature drops. Hardly needed to use the heater during the night even when it was snowing and below zero.

Second time renting Ying's trailer and again lovely to work with! The trailer layout is perfect for a family, two bathrooms & an island are such a bonus. Will definitely rent with Ying again!
