They genuinely cared about making sure we had a great vacation and that everything was simple and stress-free. It’s clear they take great pride in their RV and truly want their guests to have an incredible experience. We would absolutely rent from them again and are already hoping to book it for next summer. We had an outstanding experience renting Michael's 17-foot trailer and wouldn't hesitate to do it again. From the very beginning, Michael was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and easy to communicate with. The trailer itself was spotless, well-maintained, and in excellent condition. It was clear that Michael takes great pride in keeping it clean and ready for his guests. Everything worked perfectly, and it was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable trip. It towed beautifully and exceeded our expectations in every way. Malcom was a pleasure to deal with and was very polite and professional. It’s easy to get to the pick up location and he is very patient and helpful. The RV was immaculate. No musty smell or dampness. It was clean and spacious with lots of storage and plenty of sleeping room. The beds were very comfy. Would definitely rent from Malcolm again
