Fishing and boating drive most trips in this area. Lake Minden RV Resort has a private 41-acre lake where fishing for catfish and largemouth bass is a year-round pastime. Collins Lake covers 1,600 acres with 12 miles of shoreline and supports lakefront RV camping, fishing, and summer watersports.
