Campgrounds and RV parks near Cedarville, NJ

Cedarville sits in Lawrence Township in Cumberland County, southern New Jersey, a short drive from the Delaware Bay shore and the western edge of the Pine Barrens. The community lies within the Vineland-Bridgeton area, which puts RV travelers within reach of state parks, private RV resorts, and a motorsports venue that permits on-site camping. The closest overnight options span two very different styles. New Jersey Motorsports Park offers first-come, first-served camping tied to race weekends, while Parvin State Park, Adventure Bound Tall Pines, Four Seasons Campgrounds, and Old Cedar Campground provide more traditional wooded sites within roughly a half-hour drive of Cedarville. Parvin State Park spans over 2,000 acres and sits in Pittsgrove Township, roughly halfway between Philadelphia and Atlantic City, with easy access to US-40 and NJ-55. That central position makes the Cedarville area a practical base for day trips to the bay, the Pine Barrens, and Delaware crossings via the Cape May-Lewes Ferry.

State-park sites use a single reservation system. Online reservations for Parvin State Park can be made at camping.nj.gov, and bookings can also be made by phone through the New Jersey State Park Service. Reservations are accepted up to 11 months in advance, and cabins typically fill fastest for summer and holiday weekends. New Jersey Motorsports Park works differently. Camping and RV sites are available to participants and spectators at Thunderbolt, Lightning, Karting, and the VIP Lot by the Clubhouse on a first come, first served basis, with campers securing their spot at Guest Services in the Clubhouse. Anyone staying overnight must purchase a camping pass, and for ticketed events campers must also hold a multi-day ticket. Private parks such as Adventure Bound Tall Pines, Four Seasons Campgrounds, and Old Cedar Campground take reservations directly through their own offices and websites.
