Campgrounds and RV parks near Woodridge, NY

Woodridge is a village in Sullivan County in New York's Catskills region, roughly two hours northwest of New York City and within reach of the Catskill Park's southern reaches. The area draws RV travelers looking for forested private resorts, lake access, and quick trips to Bethel, Monticello, and the Delaware River corridor. Private campgrounds dominate the immediate area. Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park Camp-Resort: Birchwood Acres and the standalone Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park Camp-Resort both cater to families with pools, activities, and full-hookup RV sites. Skyway Camping Resort and Catskill RV Resort offer larger pull-through sites suited to bigger rigs, while Covered Bridge Campsite runs a smaller, more rustic operation. State-run camping is available a short drive away inside Catskill Park, giving travelers a mix of amenity-heavy private resorts near town and quieter public sites in the surrounding forest preserve.

Private parks in the area, including the two Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park Camp-Resort locations, Skyway Camping Resort, Catskill RV Resort, and Covered Bridge Campsite, take reservations directly through their own websites or by phone. Jellystone properties often require multi-night minimums on summer weekends and longer minimums on holiday weekends. New York State DEC campgrounds within the Catskill Forest Preserve book through ReserveAmerica, with a rolling window that opens up to nine months ahead of arrival. Popular sites fill quickly for July, August, and fall foliage weekends. For peak summer travel, booking two to three months out is reasonable at most private resorts, while premium pull-through and lakefront sites should be locked in earlier.
