State-park sites use the Pennsylvania State Parks reservation system. Reservations can be made online or by phone at 888-PA-PARKS (888-727-2757). Campsite reservations at Bald Eagle State Park can be made up to 11 months in advance through the Pennsylvania state park reservation system. Private campgrounds such as Bellefonte / State College KOA Holiday and Seven Mountains Campground book directly through their own websites or by phone. Because the KOA imposes a two-week notice for RV and tent sites and a four-week notice for cabins during Penn State event weekends, those dates should be locked in as early as possible. Gram and Paps Fort Bellefonte Campground and the Centre County Grange Fairgrounds are also booked directly with the operator.
