This was our first time renting a trailer and it was awesome! Mark and his wife were lovely people and it was a pleasure meeting and communicating with them. We had everything we needed in the trailer and it worked perfectly for where we were with no hookups. This was our very first time using RV EZY and it was sooo easy, the trailer was fully stocked with everything we could have needed for the weekend and more. Communication was a breeze and I was really impressed with the battery life as we camped with no hook ups for 3 nights and everything stayed charged and fully functional! Couldn’t have asked better experience. Flexible pick up and drop off and explanations on all of the functions was perfect.
