He was very good with communication and was helpful when we had a question. The trailer has some wear and tear on it but everything works and worked well. Pickup was flexible and drop off was easy. He even had a hitch that he provided.

I’m too old for a tent and not proficient at pulling a trailer or maneuvering a motorhome, so to be able to have a comfortable trailer setup for me was amazing!
