The owners provided a PDF of the user manual and made themselves available for questions which helped a lot considering this was my first time renting a motor home. We stayed at Fort Desoto for 4 nights. Matt was very helpful with providing us with all the info. The unit was clean and had everything you would need for a great glamping experience. Would highly recommend renting the Thor with Matt!

Matt was such an excellent host. I got my dates mixed up and I needed an RV for the weekend and FAST. I almost gave up because it was such short notice of how, when, what and where and the circumstances seemed impossible. Matt contacted me within 30 minutes of my request (Thursday) and he said he could have his RV cleaned and serviced and that I could be to him by 7 o'clock in the morning Friday, no problem. He meant that. He was so kind, very efficient with his timing and was courteous the entire experience. My girlfriend even accidentally took one too many towels and he was just a top notch, outstanding man. He made this so enjoyable for myself and my family that I WILL be doing this again. Thank you so very much Matt for everything. Hey, you've even inspired me to potentially look into becoming part of the RV community.
