Highly recommend traveling in this RV!! Thank you so much for letting us vacation & travel in your Beautiful RV!! So impressed with our experience. We had a wonderful time & probably the best adventure yet, in this RV! Everything operated flawlessly. We traveled almost 1800 miles through mountains (some sleet/rain) & had zero issues & the RV was so easy to handle & drive, despite its size. The size, by the way, is so spacious, even while traveling. The RV kept perfectly warm & cozy during 20 degree temps in the Smoky Mountains. The RV came packed by the owners with all the tools, pots, pans & linens needed for the three of us. Prior to departure, the owners described everything we needed to know & were available during the entire trip to answer any questions we had & were accurately & quickly able to resolve any questions we had. At pickup of the RV, The owners were even kind enough to show our 6 year old daughter their Beautiful blue & gold Macaws on their property & even gave her a large, stuffed macaw, who she fondly named Charlie (After their pet macaw named Charlie we met that could wave & sing!) Jenn was absolutely amazing! We are new to the RV world and had major anxiety about this experience. However, Jenn took all of that worry away from the moment we booked with her. She communicated every step of the way during the rental process. As an added bonus Jenn provides a 30 minute orientation explaining the features of the RV as well as the appliances and hook ups. During our adventure she was available for questions with an excellent response time. The RV was spotless, easy to drive, and utilize. Jenn went above and beyond to make this experience absolutely perfect-do yourself a HUGE favor and choose Jenn's Jayco you will not be disappointed.

Everything worked perfectly! Moises is a great host, he responded to all my questions and calls and even provided his personal camping app, which is a great find if you are into off grid cool safe camping spots to discover. It's not fancy on the outside, but the price is good and all the features are functional.

Had a great experience with Joseph and his Viking travel trailer. He delivered, set up and explained every detail. Very friendly and professional! The trailer is practically new… clean and comfortable. Even though we never moved it from our driveway it served well to house overflow guests for a week. Highly recommend!
