Wonderful across the board. The RV was clean, drove perfectly (mountains of Colorado and New Mexico), and was impeccably organized. They have clearly thought through all the things that might be needed on a long trip and made them easily accessible. The toilet cassette was easy to empty (particularly in a latrine -- 3-5 minutes with no mess). The refrigerator and cabinets have plenty of space and beds were comfortable. It was easy to stop and sleep overnight in parks. We were really pleased and would happily rent this RV again.

Doug was a pleasure to work with when renting his spacious camper. He went above and beyond to make it an enjoyable experience. Great response time, very easy to talk to and flexible.

We had an amazing time with Towanda, so well equipped and very easy to drive and settle in. Tricia was great answering questions for us throughout and made our US roadtrip stress-free!

Matthew was a great person. He was there on time very punctual took time to show me how to use everything even kept in contact with me throughout the day just to make sure everything was going fine even came back to the church service to see how everything ran and I’m grateful to meet him. Look forward to doing business with him in the future.

Excellent!! Simply the best. So professional and helpful and friendly and dependable. Will use again in the near future. The van was great and very reliable. Fit our needs just right. Clean and orderly and drove and rode great. We have nothing foul to say. Jacob and his wife seem to be lovely people and bent over backwards to make our experience great!! What a great experience. This was my 1st time renting an rv and it couldn't ha e been better. Great, responsive host. Rv was super clean and just What I needed.

We had a ball the rv was like a little house everything worked even the flat screen tv experiencing nature out in the wilderness was amazing I advised you to take the journey with an rv And a kind host like Joseph thanks again.

It wasn't like I thought it would be accuracy not understanding how to use the RV we are first time renters. Or rules in the rule book should be more clear. We were very frustrated at first until my son went on the internet to find out how to use the equipment on the RV when we found out how to use it, it was more for us. In my mind I always thought from what they show on videos and television that you can actually live on the road with the RV and I have to worry about the water level or the toilet flushing or the smell of the toilet. That's what got me the most and also what got me the most is the water didn't stay hot so we thought that we didn't know how to work it right but to come to find out it was broken. this is the reason why you must look at everything I mean everything the baseboards under the sink around the sink outside under the truck around the truck if you're going to rent a RV and they do tell you to make sure you look at everything but I was so excited I didn't look at everything. That way no one can blame you for anything that you did not do and even be bold to take pictures of it. Make sure you take pictures of everything from my experience I don't care if you have to pull out dresser drawers drawers in the kitchen everything every corner and make sure you send your pictures in This is imperative to do so. And make sure anything works. Before you leave. I did not take pictures of everything under the counters and corners and things like that but I did take pictures of major things that I felt would be accountable for. Also note this that if you going to rent an RV or buy RV you must be able to dump your waist and put water back in whatever you are going Map out your plans properly I was excited so I didn't map out my plans properly because my understanding of renting a RV is like living in your house is totally different. So note is very important to learn every aspect of the vehicle so you won't be frustrated. I can give them this whenever I called the owner answered the phone whenever I text he text back why we was on the road we appear to have a very good relationship. It seemed to be a very truthful relationship. As customer and owner. But things can change when one thing they have been done wrong. So please make sure you take every picture make sure you take any pictures of damages and report it that way it won't make you look bad as a renter. Do not allow anyone you rent from to tell you I took the pictures I sent it in you don't have to do anything no do your part as well. Because at the end of the day you will be held responsible for any damages that you didn't take pictures of or you cannot prove. So please be careful don't be so in a hurry take your time and cover yourself. I think personally is more better if you rent an RV to have stationary places you want to go and go to RV camp where you can hook up and use their usage LOL also is good too bring your own car if you latch it in the back that way you might want to go see the sceneries .if you want to leave from the RV park if you don't want to leave from the RV park and you have a small enough RV you have rented then you can go anywhere. For us we did go anywhere and I got comfortable after a while even though I didn't have any running hot water. I just still enjoyed the trip I enjoy watching my children have good time after we got over all of frustration. Will I rent another RV I don't think so. One I don't like trouble and two I don't like being blamed for things that I don't understand. So I wouldn't mess with anybody else's stuff. If anything I probably would just go somewhere where there's a campground where there's log cabins or something like that. And I look forward to owning my own RV one day. I will never be a bother to anyone else. So on that note I think we had a pretty good trip there and back. Except I never used a shower because it didn't have a hot water I was very upset about that. So please have a good time on your next RV rental or by your RV
