We had one of the best experiences ever! The RV was in great condition, very clean, and everything was ready to go when we arrived. Jay was incredibly helpful, easygoing, and a very fast communicator. Whenever we needed anything, he was quick to respond and help us out. This is my second adventure with Louis and Tammy’s ‘Banjo ll’. They are so wonderful and they cheerfully welcome me and my two doggos. Everything was as perfect this time as it was last year. They really take care of you and take care of everything.. and when you have a perceived ‘emergency’ (I broke one of the keys!), they respond immediately and talk you (me!) off the ledge.
