My wife and I had a fantastic first-time RV rental from Vanessa. We attended a 3-day music festival and our accommodations were everything we had hoped for. Right from the start we were able to totally enjoy our trip. Vanessa's associate did a fantastic job orienting us to the RV and covered everything that we needed to know; nothing was missed. We were able to level the RV and set it up for three days of fun with no problem at all. Vanessa thought of everything that we would need to be self sufficient; from garbage bags to paper towels, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, salt and pepper, dish soap, hangers, fly swatter, etc., etc. We had EVERYTHING we needed, all we had to pack was our clothes and food. We had no issues with the RV at all. We couldn't have asked for a better RV rental experience than we had with Vanessa. When we rent again, it will be through Vanessa for sure!!! Thank you Vanessa!!!

Matthew was a great person. He was there on time very punctual took time to show me how to use everything even kept in contact with me throughout the day just to make sure everything was going fine even came back to the church service to see how everything ran and I’m grateful to meet him. Steve and Kathy are super to work with and the RV was great . Everything worked perfectly and it was very comfortable and clean. Kathy has everything in the RV you need for a camping trip. We hard a long family weekend in it and the memories will last forever. All in all it’s a great value for the money.
