The RV was very comfortable and clean, with no unpleasant odors at all. We had a few minor issues during our trip, but Yuan always responded quickly and helped us resolve them right away. We were a little late picking up the RV, and Yuan was very understanding. He also kindly extended our return time to make up for it, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a wonderful rental experience. We would definitely rent from Yuan again if we have the chance. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The trailer was very clean and exactly as pictured and described. Dave was excellent to deal with. He was flexible with delivery and pick up times, and responded quickly to all questions before and during the rental.

This trailer was amazing! We had 2 adults and 2 kids sleeping in it. The queen bed was very comfortable and the black out curtains were a great added touch to keep everyone asleep when the sun came up! Highly recommend renting the trailer. Be sure to rent the night before if you want to have it for the morning.
The trailer was nice and clean, when we arrived at our campsite, there were treats and a bin of extras in case we forgot something. We had a great weekend in Alain’s trailer!
