Everything was easy to operate from Jerry's walk through and explanation. Jodi & Jerry was so helpful . Everything was set upon arrival at our campsite & no hassle start to finished.. Jan and Paul were very helpful and the trailer was wonderful. It was well stocked with dishes and pots etc. We paid to have the trailer taken to our site and it was so nice having it set-up when we got there. I would definitely rent again from them.

Fantastic experience with the van and Vincent. He was very attentive and went out of his way to accommodate us, even adding a trailer hitch for our bike rack. The van is super easy to drive, well powered, exceptionally set up for off grid stays and is surprisingly decent on fuel. This rig is great to travel in and the large windshield is a bonus to take in the sights

We had a wonderful time camping out in this van. The van was in excellent condition and had all the amenities: heating, ac, water and power supply worked perfectly. There was also a good number of supplies in the cabinets. Our host Vincent was courteous and responded to our queries promptly.
