2023 Coleman Travel Trailer
Great experience overall. The trailer was delivered and set up before we arrived, with power on, AC running, and the awning already out, which made everything incredibly easy for our family. It gave us a comfortable place to cool off and escape the heat during our family campout, and everything went well throughout the stay. The only issue we ran into was some water dripping from the water heater area, but Jakwan was responsive and helped us work through it. Reducing the water pressure going into the trailer, or shutting the water off when not in use, seemed to resolve the concern enough for the trip. Overall, the trailer served our family well, communication was good, and we appreciated the convenience of having everything set up and ready to go.

When another owner cancelled our booking 2 days before we leave, Jimmie came to our rescue and really rolled out the red carpet! Everything was clean and prepared wonderfully, and his RV has our favorite layout that we’ve ever rented - perfect for our family of 4 with room to spare. We had a great carefree weekend!

Gerard is an incredible host and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything to enjoy a great camping trip! The Aurora 13 RDX is a great RV and Gerard maintains it as if you just drove it off the dealer lot (like brand new). He has also added several amenities that make renting this RV more than worth it: smart tv, extra outdoor lighting, extremely thoughtful storage solutions, and all the hookups needed for an RV park. My wife and I had a great time renting from Gerard for our trip to Joshua Tree and give our absolute highest recommendation for him if you are looking to rent an RV. A+ and 10/10.

What should I know about driving an RV around Cathedral City?

Driving an RV in Cathedral City is straightforward thanks to wide streets and flat valley terrain. Be mindful of festival traffic on Highway 111 and Interstate 10 during Coachella and Stagecoach weekends, and stick to main roads for the smoothest travel. Summer heat can be hard on tires and engines, so plan drives for early morning. Avoid mountain routes during high-wind advisories, and consider RV delivery if you'd rather skip city driving and arrive directly at your campsite.
