We had a fantastic experience renting this RV trailer from Rhonda for our family trip to Carpinteria State Beach. Rhonda was a great host and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process — from answering all our questions beforehand to making sure we had everything we needed for a smooth check-in. The RV was in great shape and perfectly equipped with everything we needed. It was just what we needed and ideal for our family of four (two adults and two kids). The layout was comfortable, the kitchen had all the essentials, and there was plenty of space for everyone to sleep and relax after a day at the beach. We loved our stay at Carpinteria State Beach — the location was convenient and the RV made it feel like home away from home. Highly recommend this rental!

I would definitely rent this trailer again! Thanks again Oscar! We had a great weekend with friends and family and many complimented the trailer and said how they would love to have it!

What should I know about driving an RV in Topanga or LA traffic?

Driving an RV around Topanga is manageable with a little planning. Topanga Canyon Boulevard (CA-27) is winding with tight curves and narrow shoulders, so drive slowly and use turnouts to let faster traffic pass. Avoid LA rush hours, roughly 6 to 10 am and 3 to 7 pm, to keep freeway driving smoother. Check your RV's height, length, and weight against any low clearances or restricted routes on your planned path. Choosing host delivery to your campground is a great way to skip the trickiest stretches entirely.
