Renting this RV was a positive experience. Bryan and his wife made the process incredibly smooth, providing a very upkept RV. Though I only needed it overnight, (for an event) it was very well stocked with everything needed for an extended trip. I marked 5 stars for communication because he was so helpful and excellent to ensure everything went smoothly. This of course made pickup/drop-off a breeze, and the RV drove beautifully. Beautiful, clean, well appointed and easy to drive RV with intuitive controls. J was easy to reach and very helpful. Drove from Michigan to North Carolina and back in snow in gusting winds and I didn’t have to fight the vehicle to stay on the road. Visibility was superb.
