rvezy.com/rv-search?SearchAddress=Pleasant%20Hill%2C%20MissouriHow does payment and the security deposit work?
Payment for your RV rental in Pleasant Hill is simple and secure: you pay entirely through RVezy with a credit or debit card, never directly to the host. Your trip total (nightly rate, taxes, protection plan, delivery, and any add-ons) is charged through RVezy, and funds are held safely until your trip begins. A refundable security deposit is placed as a hold on your card around your trip start date, not charged unless there's an issue at return. The deposit amount is shown clearly before you book. To avoid deposit surprises, take time-stamped photos and a short video of the RV at both pickup and drop-off, and return it with the same fuel level and a tidy interior. Pro tip: keep the dump station receipt, it's the easiest way to confirm you returned the tanks empty.
help.rvezy.com/hc/en-us/articles/360038106214-How-the-security-deposit-worksCan I rent an RV in Pleasant Hill in winter?
Yes, winter RV camping in Pleasant Hill is absolutely possible, and several local hosts on RVezy specifically rent four-season rigs equipped for cold weather. Look for listings mentioning heated and enclosed underbellies, insulated holding tanks, electric fireplaces, and 30/50 amp shore power compatibility. Winter daytime highs in Pleasant Hill average roughly 40\F from December through February, with overnight lows often dipping into the teens or 20s, so a furnace plus shore-power heating is essential. Stick to campgrounds with full electric hookups and skip dry camping below freezing unless you're experienced. Watch the National Weather Service Kansas City/Pleasant Hill forecast for ice storms before driving. Pro tip: cheap RV rental deals in Pleasant Hill are easiest to find in January and February, when rates can drop significantly.
