Abby is a fantastic communicator and super helpful host. The trailer came with absolutely everything that is needed to have hassle free, good time camping experience. The trailer was dropped off, levelled and later picked up, as per agreement. The entire experience was painless and our family was able to focus on having a great time and making memories. All around great experience ! Easy to deal with from pick up till drop off. Not a negative thing but just letting renters know that it does not have a propane fridge and it needs power. Serif was so kind to refund my prepaid propane as i did not know.

Richie was great! The RV was super nice and perfect for a small group. The resort is incredible with multiple beaches, mini golf, an arcade, restaurants, etc - you literally don't have to leave! The golf cart was a must to get around so I definitely recommend including it. I would happily stay here again!
