Hayden was excellent! She had the RV very prepared for anything and everything that we might have forgotten. She was the perfect amount of thorough during pick-up. Showed us everything we would need to know. She was very available if things went wrong. We had immediate access to her if necessary. Also, she has youtube explainer videos all linked up and ready to go that she made herself for her specific RV. If you had any questions, you could simply refer to the accompanying video and you're all set. Highly recommend going with Hayden's RV if at all possible!
