Overall, it was a great experience. This was our first time renting with this app. It went pretty smoothly, but we did have several questions. Steve was very prompt to answer messages and calls to help us. Thanks for everything!

Tom was a great host, and the RV was as described and great for our trip. Tom was quick to respond to messages, arrived on time for both delivery and pick up and even checked in after the first night to make sure everything was okay. The whole process was very easy! Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend the RV and Tom to others in the future!

Heading inland on US-250 or into Wetzel County's back roads, expect winding two-lane roads, steeper grades, and some narrow shoulders, so go slow and use lower gears on descents. Watch for coal and gas-field trucks on weekday mornings. Winter brings occasional snow and ice on the ridge roads.
