Dave was fantastic, the trailer equally wonderful. I’m very new to the trailer world, and had a few minor issues due to lack of knowledge. He was quickly responsive and walked me through what I needed to do. Very highly recommend.
The host Jennifer was so helpful, very professional and patient (since this was my first time renting an RV) She took the time to explain how all the connections works and to make sure we knew how to level the RV Jennifer kept me the loop when messages were posted in the RVexy app The RV was exactly as described on the app.. Overall I give her a 5 plus rating
Really awesome rig and host! Our first RV experience and it was a ton of fun. The Mercedes chassis makes this RV super comfy and easy to drive. It was well stocked - we had everything we needed. Heather is always available to answer any questions!

Very nice trailer that is exactly as pictured and described. I rented it for a week and it was clean, functioned exactly as intended and was a smooth experience.
We had an amazing camping experience with this rv, it had everything we needed and was well stocked, we will definitely book again in the future.
We had a great time, and the RV definitely helped with that! We went to a charity campout that allows RVs. It was so nice to spend time in Tampa and have a comfortable bed and A/C to come back to. Gary was easy to work with, the RV use was reasonably priced, and I will call on him again!
David's support and "Goldilocks" exceeded our expectations. With our 2 medium labradoodles, we had the "just right" amount of space and were able to enjoy 2 lovely south-GA state parks in our 5 day getaway. We appreciated David dropping off & picking up the RV so we could get the most enjoyment from our limited time. The twin beds made for a great night sleep, and we loved how many windows the rig had --- an overall great layout and very well maintained.

Jenn was absolutely amazing! We are new to the RV world and had major anxiety about this experience. However, Jenn took all of that worry away from the moment we booked with her. She communicated every step of the way during the rental process. As an added bonus Jenn provides a 30 minute orientation explaining the features of the RV as well as the appliances and hook ups. During our adventure she was available for questions with an excellent response time. The RV was spotless, easy to drive, and utilize. Jenn went above and beyond to make this experience absolutely perfect-do yourself a HUGE favor and choose Jenn's Jayco you will not be disappointed.
