We took Ruby up north to Maine and hit a bunch of spots on the way and Ruby was the perfect accompaniment for our trip. Mark was really easy to communicate with and was helpful if we had any questions. There were a few times when there was a long delay before he responded to some of our questions but for the most part, he was a really good host. We would definitely rent Ruby again in the future and recommend her for both first time users or more seasoned campers. She made the trip really enjoyable.
