We rented François’ trailer for Shambhala and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the very start, he was incredibly patient and kind—even though we hit a bunch of delays getting in, he stayed in communication the entire time and worked with us through the chaos. It was a trying arrival (as Shambhala tends to be), but François handled it all with so much grace, and we’re so thankful for that.
The trailer itself was super clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for the weekend. Everything worked perfectly, and you could tell he takes pride in maintaining it well.
Even when it came time to leave, and things were still a bit hectic, François remained calm, accommodating, and professional. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a smooth experience from start to finish.
Truly such a great host—friendly, reliable, and just an overall gem to rent from. Would 100% recommend renting from him and would absolutely do it again. Thank you François for making our Shambhala stay that much better!
